Regarding new construction projects, it is important for the client to understand a few key points such as when to contact the coating company and what is the standard protocol for system application.

Prior to framing the deck area, a decision needs to be made as to which type of system is going to be installed. Will it be a standard coating system or will there be a tile or stone applied upon completion? Remember, only certain systems can accommodate the needs of tile or stone applications. Elevations and load estimates need to be calculated well in advance to ensure proper installation.
